Really amazing experience there. Good looking hotel with incredible location and views of the lake. Good service, very flexible and hospitable stuff during stay. Location near the nearby market and shops, and the hill over looking the town...

Exceptional location, breathtaking views, amazing food, welcoming and polite staff, clean rooms.

Everything was fantastic.

The food was excellent and the selection of wines in the open bar had above average quality. Outstanding rum and whiskey selection. View was the best in the whole town.

Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and the breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The accessibility of the city with the "Bähnli" is unique and the view is stunning. The staff is very friendly for Swiss standards and the breakfast was excellent.

In the bathroom I noticed that the toilet was not cleaned!

Ambience first class. The staff very courteous. The food was very good. The bar is great.

The breakfast does not fit price / performance standard, a bit confi, bread, coffee and orange juice. In the room missing USB plug (for charging), the cheaper hotel chains have it though. The shower in the bath is not very comfortable and everything is open to the room, I did not like it: I need some privacy when washing .

Rooms varied in quality, but some were lovely. Manager upgraded our room for one night. Majestic hotel with breathtaking views. Staff is warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Impressive breakfast with made-to-order eggs.

Location and view over lake Lucerne is exceptional.

On arrival my wife went out on the balcony of the room, where she received a bucketful of cleaning water thrown out of the room above, we were on the 5th floor. On the eve of our departure we dined at the hotel, where we had to wait 80 minutes before the main meal was served. The waters were attentive, their excuse was adding salt to injury, the chef explained the delay by the priority of the bigger tables who ordered he tasting menu! I wrote a complaint to the hotel manager, and am wondering if he/she will reply and what will be his/her excuse!

Extremely friendly staff. Great view of the lake and close to the city center. Dinner at the kitchen club is a great idea. The food was excellent. The dinner on New years eve was great!

This place exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. Set in a quiet neighborhood atop a hill, the location provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. From the friendly receptionists who helped us plan our day trips, to the knowledgeable bartender who made delicious cocktails, the service was top-notch. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful bathroom featuring a luxurious tub and a magnificent view. The attention to detail was evident, with special touches like a kid pack and thoughtful amenities. this hotel provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Clean and good food

Poorly trained reception staff Room was stuffy and no well-ventilated upon arrival Had selected lake view on Booked.net, but rec'd mountain view & staff wouldn't accomodate withou extra monies No mirror in room, only in bathroom, so took much longer for 2 people to get ready Window between bathroom and bedroom allowed no privacy and too much light inro bedroom so that spouse was awoken in middle of night when other spouse used facilities Restaurant almost turned us away for dinner because we had not been told that a reservation was necessary by reception staff We ordered wine for dinner and received about 1/2 of the normal amount for twice the price Food quality was excellent but had very long wait. No hostess at restaurant during breakfast, so guests wandered around not knowing what to do, where to sit, etc.
